At this moment two students are involved in Frontiers’ joint curriculum by doing joint master thesis projects. Both come from Chalmers.

Johan Ek Weis, to be examined by Per Lundgren, visits IMEC (Leuven, Belgium) supervised by Professor Guido Groeseneken in a projecty concerning CNTs in Si technology.

Vignesh Murugesan, also examined by Peter Enoksson, visiting Jacob Bart, University of Twente (NL), to do a project on development of NMR on chip.

One student recently finished: Fernando Mancilla Perez, with Professor Peter Enoksson as examiner, was doing work on cantilever sensors with Hans-Peter Lang at NCCR in Basel (Switzerland).

“It was great to participate in this exchange program, you learn a lot when traveling and interacting with other scientific groups in Europe. I had the opportunity to work with high level researchers and excellent multi disciplinary group while doing the project for my master thesis. I thank FRONTIERS for giving me the chance to have a great Thesis development"

Fernando Mancilla
